Dear friends in our Savior Jesus,
Where do you belong? The question has been asked many times by many different people. What gym do you belong to? What school do your children belong to? What bank do you belong to? What neighborhood community do you belong to? Everybody belongs somewhere. Everybody wants to belong somewhere.

There is no greater place to belong than in God’s family. In God’s house, everyone is welcome and finds a place to belong. It doesn’t matter where you come from or where you have been, you belong here. It doesn’t matter your age, your career, your heritage, you belong here. It doesn’t matter if you have your life together or if it’s fallen apart, you belong here.

You belong here, because Jesus’ love is for all. He alone has taken away the sins of the world. He alone has saved us from the depths of hell, forgiving sins through the shedding of his blood on the cross. He alone has conquered death through the victory of his resurrection. He alone has sealed us unto eternal life with him forever in heaven. There is no greater place to belong.
